We are housed at the Yolo County Health & Human Services Agency building in Woodland. 25 N. Cottonwood Street, Woodland, CA 95695. Walk-in Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We encourage you to make an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome. Once you are in the lobby, please use a lobby phone and dial extension 2676 to inform us you are in the lobby.
